From secure sharing expensive research equipment to the relaxation rooms for aircraft pilots: The universal access management of Book-N-Park works far beyond the parking lot! Because our software platform can control any electromechanical hardware and manage access authorizations in the background. For example, not only barriers and locks in parking garages, but also roller gates and personnel doors are served with Book-N-Park. The architects of department 13 of the TU Darmstadt had a problem: expensive equipment such as professional VR glasses had to be stored safely and can be reserved. With Book-N-Park, the safety cabinet that can be seen in the video above was equipped with smart door locks that can be opened using a smartphone. Via Book-N-Park webapp, the students can now book their lending times for VR glasses themselves. A similar solution can be found at Schleswig-Holstein train stations: The modern bike+Ride systems from the support program from near.SH have digitally controlled locking compartments from us (see picture on the right). After Condor was so satisfied with our parking space management (read more here), the airline now also entrusted us with the administration and approaches of its crew ruh. At Frankfurt Airport, we therefore ensure key -free access via smartphone to the relaxation rooms of the - the crews from Condor can be planned and surely adhere to their rest periods between the flights.
The University and State Library of Darmstadt (ULB) wants several hundred lockers and around 50 work rooms to be managed digitally. Booking via our webapp and key-free access control via smartphone or chip on the "Mensa card" should ensure comfortable use.
