Bremen/Darmstadt, November 20, 2024 – Last week, Audi set another milestone for the future of urban electromobility with the opening of the Bremen Charging Hub. As always with Audi, great emphasis was placed on customer friendliness, experience character and the latest technology - Book-n-Park ensures charging convenience with reservation management and smart parking barrier bars by guaranteeing free charging stations.
The Charging Hub Bremen is technically designed to meet the requirements of modern mobility: up to 300 KW charging speeds will delight every driver of an electric car! To ensure that electromobilists of every brand really feel welcome, particular attention was paid to generous space for parking and charging. And thanks to the well-thought-out swivel arm concept, even users with limited mobility can charge their electric cars without obstacles.
As always with its charging hubs, Audi also ensures a real experience in Bremen: users don't spend their charging time waiting in a backyard, the charging hub is part of the Bremen Waterfront shopping and entertainment center ! 120 shops and a food court with 500 seats make loading time at the Waterfront Bremen quality time, and if you want to stretch your feet after a long journey: the Waterfront Bremen also has a kilometer-long waterfront promenade that invites you to take a relaxing walk.
The Charging Hub Bremen offers a real premium service for Audi customers: you can conveniently book your desired charging time slot using the MyAudi app with integrated Book-n-Park. Shortly before the time slot, one of our smart parking bars goes up and blocks the corresponding charging space. After the Audi customer arrives and the license plate has been captured, the parking bar then automatically releases the charging space - this is how convenient fast charging works!
